Since October 2006 the RRO fire safety law came into place, this now makes it your responsibility to take reasonable steps to reduce the risk of fire and ensure people can escape whilst at events.

For all events you need to consider:

  •  Potential fire risks.
  • Actions if a fire occurs.
  • The provision of extingushing media and signage.
  • Methods of raising the alarm.
  • Evacuation points and areas
  • Methods of reporting accidents.
