  • From the first point of contact we will provide a response within 48 hours.
  • We will ensure good communication prior during and after your event.
  • We will give you a fair quote with no hidden costs.
  • We will arrive on site one hour before start time unless previously discussed.
  • The Operations Manager will make themselves known to your point of contact on arrival.
  • We will respond to emergency and non emergency calls in a professional and safe manner so not to raise alarm or endanger life.
  • We will provide a full breakdown of work carried out whilst on site, this will include fire inspection reports, accident reports and any incident reports with a end of event feedback report sent within two weeks of closure.
  • We will be polite and professional whilst on site.
  • We will only send trained and competent personnel to your event, they will be competent in the role they are assigned and will be under the supervision of a nominated operations manager.
